This fine Gyokuro tastefully convinces through its splendidly fresh, light-green infusion and its unique sweet and fresh taste. There is a reason it is known as “tea of the teas”. Shortly before being harvested, the tea plants are covered to create a high level of chlorophyll content in the leaves. The result is a delicate aroma leading into a transcendent taste.
